Training/Social Weekends

Calendar of events:

29th-30th November 2003 Lichfield area
13th-14th December 2003 New Forest area
24th-25th January 2004 Welwyn Garden City
The Sunday itinerary will be designed to fit in with the WCRA annual luncheon and prize giving

Provisional programme:

Saturday

10:00 Welcome and registration
10:15 Bike skills session
14:00 2-3 hour ride with cafe stop
19:00 Dinner and drinks
20:00 Workshop sessions including bike maintenance, training (on and off the bike), team riding, race tactics

 

Sunday

08:30 Breakfast
10:00 3-4 hour ride with cafe stop
14:00 Debrief of weekend
14:30 Departure

The cost of this fantastic weekend is £35 (£20 for juniors) which includes overnight accommodation on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday morning, all published events on the itinerary and free access to all the coaching staff and helpers. Please be prepared to cover the costs of the meals and other incidentals not included in this price.
