Saturday
| Welcome and registration |
| Bike skills session |
| 2-3 hour ride with cafe stop |
| Dinner and drinks |
| Talks and advice on many topics including: bike maintenance, training (on and off the bike), team riding, race tactics and self defence! |
Sunday
| Breakfast |
| 3.5-4 hour ride with cafe stop (concentrating on race skills / situations) |
